Terms of Service
Last updated: June 11, 2026
1. Scope and Operator
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, operated by TruGxP GmbH, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany (“TruGxP”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Purpose of This Website
This website is an informational pre-launch presence for the TruGxP platform — a GAMP-5 validated SaaS platform for GxP-compliant B2B trading of medical cannabis and Rx pharmaceuticals. Until the official system launch on December 31, 2026, the platform is in a closed pre-launch phase. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to conclude a contract for the use of the TruGxP platform.
3. Eligibility
This website and the future TruGxP platform are directed exclusively at business and professional audiences (B2B), including licensed cultivators, manufacturers (CMOs), wholesalers, pharmacies, physicians, and institutional investors. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and act in a professional or commercial capacity. The website is not directed at consumers or patients.
4. Waitlist Registration
Registration through this website grants access to our exclusive onboarding waitlist only. It does not create any entitlement to platform access, pricing conditions, or services, and does not constitute a binding offer or acceptance of a contract by either party. We may verify, accept, defer, or decline waitlist registrations at our sole discretion, particularly to satisfy regulatory and GxP qualification requirements. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it on behalf of your organization.
5. No Sale of Medicinal Products, No Medical Advice
No medicinal products, medical cannabis, or other pharmaceuticals are offered, advertised to consumers, or sold through this website. Content on this website does not constitute medical, legal, or regulatory advice. Any future trading activity on the TruGxP platform will be restricted to verified, licensed industry participants in accordance with applicable laws, including the regulatory frameworks governing the European medical cannabis (MedCan) market.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the TruGxP name and logo, texts, graphics, design elements, software, and the underlying platform architecture concepts (including “Pharma OS”, cryptographic GxP validation cycles, and chain-of-custody documentation models) — is the property of TruGxP GmbH or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, scraping or harvesting content at scale, submitting false or misleading registration information, introducing malicious code, or using the website in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of third parties.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO) and applicable German data protection law. Details on what data we collect, why, and your rights can be found in our Privacy Policy. For questions regarding data protection, contact us at compliance@trugxp.com.
9. Cookies
This website uses strictly necessary cookies to operate and, only with your consent, optional cookies for functionality, analytics, and marketing purposes. Your consent choice is stored in a cookie for up to 12 months. You can review or change your choice at any time via .
10. Forward-Looking Statements
Statements on this website regarding the planned system launch, platform capabilities, GxP conformity, cryptographic validation cycles, and release roadmap are forward-looking and based on the regulatory guidance of GAMP 5 and the current requirements of European supervisory authorities. They are subject to change as validation cycles and regulatory requirements evolve, and do not constitute guaranteed characteristics.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
This website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, TruGxP accepts no liability for the uninterrupted availability of the website or for damages arising from its use, except in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or breach of essential contractual obligations (in which case liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of website). Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
12. Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites and services. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for them. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect the transition from the pre-launch phase to the official platform launch or changes in legal requirements. The version published on this website at the time of your visit applies. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). To the extent legally permissible for business customers, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.
